Once an order has reached the destination country it is then handed over to the local post. You'll need to follow the local tracking number provided on the DHL page. We've included an example below on how to find this on the tracking page.
After you have the local tracking number, you'll want to look it up on your local postal services site like normal.
In this example, we're using UK tracking which could be found here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
Once the order shows that it is at a delivery office then it should be available for pick-up if it is being held for customs.
