    Make a Return


    We will be happy to accept returns for items within 45 days of purchase. We have two options available to you to help with the return process.

    Requirements: 

    - Product must be in original packaging/box 

    - Must be returned within 45 days of delivery receipt

    - Peel Glass can only be returned if un-used and un-opened

    - If you received your item as a gift, please reach out to our support team at hello@buypeel.com. Include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.

    -Domestic orders will receive a return label

    - International orders will pay to return and will be provided a refund on the original cost of shipping.

    -The customer is required to show proof of return (tracking number/tracking link) or proof of receipt that the return was dropped off at the post office or delivery service provider. Once that has been provided, the customer will then receive either their Store Credit or Refund, depending on the option chosen.

    - The customer, both domestic and international, is asked to pay for shipping on the new exchange order and any duty or customs fees associated.




    PLEASE NOTE: Glass Screen Protectors are not accepted for refunds or returns once opened, or applied to the phone screen.

    Domestic Returns 

    Option 1: You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit (standard shipping rate included). PEEL will provide a prepaid return label.


    Option 2: You will receive a refund for the cost of your product only to your original payment method. PEEL will provide a prepaid return label.

    International returns: 

    You may choose option 1 or option 2 from the domestic options. However, we, unfortunately, are not able to provide prepaid return labels for international returns. Find our return address and instructions here.

    If you would like to return the item for a refund or store credit, you must pay return shipping. Once we receive proof of return (tracking information) we will refund the Standard shipping cost for your original order. Once the return has been completed, PEEL will refund your products.

    Option 1: You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit. Customer will pay for return shipping.

    Option 2:  You will receive a refund for the cost of your product only to your original payment method. Customer will pay for return shipping.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you chose a refund, the refund will not be processed until it arrives back at the warehouse. This may take up to 2-4 business days from delivery receipt.




    *PEEL Glass can be returned as long as it is still in its original packaging and not used, following our standard returns process above
