    We love PEEL products and we hope you love them too! 

    If you are experiencing any issues with our product or simply do not like it, check out our options below and choose the one that best fits your needs.


    We will be happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of purchase. We have two options available to you to help with the return process. (Glass Protectors excluded) 


    Return/Exchange Packaging Requirements
    - Product must be in original packaging/box. 

    - Must be returned within 30 days of delivery receipt.

    - Peel Glass can only be returned if unused and/or unopened.

    - If you received your item as a gift, please reach out to our support team at hello@buypeel.com. Include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.

    -Domestic orders will receive a return label. Please request a receipt when dropping off your package.

    - International orders will pay to return.


    -The customer is required to show proof of return (tracking number/tracking link) or other proof that the return was dropped off at the post office or delivery service provider. Once that has been provided, the customer will then receive either their Store Credit or Refund, depending on the option chosen.

    - The customer, both domestic and international, is asked to pay for shipping on the new exchange order and any duty or customs fees associated.



    EXCHANGES

    Not happy with your color choice? Select the wrong size? New device after your order was placed? We’d be happy to exchange this for you! You are welcome to select our exchange option on the site within 30 days of purchase.

    Exchanges must be for the same item and can not be used towards a different priced item. All you have to do is pay to ship on the new order.

    We can not provide labels for international exchanges, please reach out to us via our Support Team for assistance with this.

    You will receive a discount code on receipt of the return to make your new exchange order. Customer pays the shipping on new exchange order and any custom/duty fees associated with it. 


    Domestic Returns 

    Option 1: You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit. PEEL will provide a prepaid return label. (Express Shipping excluded).



    Option 2: You will receive a refund for the cost of your product only to your original payment method. PEEL will provide a prepaid return label.

    International returns: 

    You may choose option 1 or option 2 from the domestic options. However, we, unfortunately, are not able to provide prepaid return labels for international returns. Find our return address and instructions here.


    Option 1: Return for a Refund - You will receive a refund for your product only back to your original form of payment. Customer will pay for return shipping.

    Option 2:  Return for Store Credit - You will receive a full refund for the cost of your product and shipping in the form of store credit. Customer will pay for return shipping.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you chose a refund, the refund will not be processed until it arrives back at the warehouse. This may take up to 2-4 business days from delivery receipt. 

    Domestic Returns and Exchanges
    Please note customers are responsible for the cost of shipping replacement(s) of any items being exchanged.

    International Returns and Exchanges
    Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on the replacement, returned or exchanged items to Peel. 

    Exclusions

    We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.

    We cannot offer a refund on any item that was free due to a promotion, such as Buy One, Get One Free or from a competition/gift box. These are still eligible for warranties, however. If you reach out to our support team, they would be happy to assist you further.

    We cannot offer a refund or return on USED glass screen protectors. We are only able to offer store credit in the amount of the glass screen protector or a replacement.

    We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc. We can only offer a replacement or store credit to you.
