Once the customer accepts a replacement for any item, they are no longer eligible for a return for a refund or refund on the original order. If an item is damaged due to a drop then we can no longer offer a refund, only a replacement.
A photo is required on ALL product issues/warranty claims.
If you do not want to accept a replacement:
If a customer decides that they do not want a replacement, then Peel will only be able to provide store credit for the amount of the product only.
We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.
We cannot offer a refund on any item that was free due to a promotion, such as Buy One, Get One Free or from a competition/gift box. These are still eligible for warranties, however. If you reach out to our support team, they would be happy to assist you further.
We cannot offer a refund or return on USED glass screen protectors. We are only able to offer store credit in the amount of the glass screen protector or a replacement.
We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc.
