How do you track your order or check the shipping status?
As soon as your order ships out, you'll receive an email that contains a link to your tracking information. Your tracking link will provide the best possible updates as your order reaches you.
Orders typically ship out within the day but may take up to 2 business days, Monday through Friday business hours.
For Domestic Orders:
All orders will begin with DHL and transfer to your local delivery service provider unless an expedited shipping option is chosen.
Domestic tracking will show up under the "Delivery by Postal Provider". The delivery provider will be shown along with the link.
If you think something may be wrong, just reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our online form. We'll be happy to check into your order for you.
For international orders:
You will receive a Passport International Shipping tracking link - if you picked the "great tracking" option, you will be able to track your packages end to end from when you receive your order shipment email to delivery.
If you picked the "basic tracking" option, all tracking milestones once it arrives in the destination country will be estimates based on historical package data and should arrive within 8-16 business days, Monday through Friday, depending on traffic at customs, from when you place your order.
If you have any questions about the shipment status of your parcel, you can reach out to our partners at Passport Shipping directly on the tracking page and they will get back to you about the status of your shipment within 24 hours.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Peel Accessories, LLC to import the goods on the consignee's behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Peel Accessories, LLC may delegate the obligation to import the goods on the consignee's behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
