Make A Warranty Claim
If you are looking to make a claim on an order that you made through Amazon, you have 30 days to reach out to Amazon regarding your Warranty Claim. After this 30 day window, all claims must be made through Peel at email@example.com.
PEEL Cases come with a two-year warranty per purchase. Within 2 years of purchase, PEEL is happy to provide one (1) free replacement per product purchased. This warranty holds up regardless of the cause of the damage or issue. We just ask you to pay for the shipping! Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.
For example, if you purchased on December of 19, 2018, you would be able to make one (1) warranty claim from Dec 19, 2018, to Dec 19, 2020.
PEEL Glass comes with a one year warranty per purchase. Within a year of purchase, you are able to receive one (1) free replacement on your PEEL Glass from any damage or issue. We can only offer a single replacement. Customer will be required to pay the shipping cost on the replacement item. Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.
If anything looks odd about your PEEL Glass, please let us know BEFORE you remove the protective backing. Send us a photo and we’d be happy to look into it. You can always reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use one of the contact forms available on our website.
Once a Glass protector has been removed from the protective backing we can no longer offer a return for a refund or deem the product to be defective.
We do not accept returns or refunds on used glass screen protectors.

Once the customer accepts a replacement of any item, they are no longer eligible for a return for refund or refund on the original order. If an item is damaged due to a drop then we can no longer offer a refund, only a replacement.
If you do not want to accept a replacement:
If a customer decides that they do not want a replacement, then Peel will only be able to provide store credit for the amount of the product only.
We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc.
