We absolutely ship internationally though some exclusions may apply. Shipping cost options for DDP or DDU service as well as availability for your country are calculated at checkout.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Customs and duties will be prepaid at checkout through available DDP shipping options provided at checkout. Please note we are not able to offer this service to call countries so some destinations only have DDU service available.
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Peel does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping carrier. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
International Shipments
Delivery of Products purchased from Peel Essentials LLC shall occur, and risk of loss and title to Products shall pass to customer, in the case of Products shipped by courier / carrier, at the time Peel Essentials LLC transfers the Products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped or, in the case of Products shipped through the United States Postal Service, at the time Peel Essentials LLC transfers physical possession of the Products to the United States Postal Service or its agent. As customer and owner of the Products, you authorize Peel Essentials LLC, on your behalf, to arrange for one or more couriers/carriers to transport the Products to you, and consistent with the foregoing, delivery of the Products to such courier/carrier, for the purpose of transmission to you as customer, constitutes delivery of the Products to you.
Customs Fees (if applicable)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs charges (i.e., duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Peel Essentials LLC is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
For goods shipped by means other than through the United States Postal Service:
By ordering Products from Peel Essentials LLC, you authorize the customs broker selected by Peel Essentials LLC or its shipping agent to act as your agent to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and to handle any merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. On checkout, we calculate and collect the estimated applicable taxes and duties that the broker will pay on your behalf to the CBSA.
For goods shipped through the United States Postal Service:
Products will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ultimately through Canada Post. Goods may be shipped through the USPS ePacket service, in which case applicable duties and taxes will be collected by the Merchant or its shipping agent and paid to the CBSA on your behalf if assessed by CBSA at the time of importation, or through the regular USPS service, in which case you are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes at the time you receive your Products. In either case, you are ultimately responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes on the Products.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Peel Essentials, LLC to import the goods on the consignee's behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Peel Essentials, LLC may delegate the obligation to import the goods on the consignee's behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
