We first launched the Touch Tool as a pre-order on April 9th, 2020. Given the high interest in this product, we will receive inventory on a rolling basis. We understand that everyone is eager to receive their Touch Tool and are working hard to keep up with the backlog, and any inventory delays that may be caused during this pandemic.
We are working on fulfilling all orders in the order in which we received them.

- Orders received before April 17th, should all be fulfilled.
Orders received between April 18th - April 26th is currently being fulfilled and should be completed this week and early next.
- Orders received from April 27th - May 4th, should all be fulfilled just behind the mid-April orders, which is in our next shipment to our warehouse.
- Orders received after May 5th should be coming to our warehouse mid to late June. We're doing our best to fulfill those before the end of the month.
Once the product is available, allow 1-2 business days for your tracking details to update. It will be delivered within the estimated delivery that was chosen as checkout. (ex: standard domestic shipping is 4-8 business days).
We're being conservative to account for recent delays with local courier deliveries that have been reported. The time between inventory and fulfillment can also decrease as we work through the backlog of orders with our unexpected demand and as things begin to open up.
The safety of our staff and warehouse team is important to us. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time as we work with our domestic warehouse team to ensure all shipments are fulfilled safely and efficiently during this time.
